MagHyst® multiplexer
Automated Multi-Channel Testing
MagHyst® multiplexer is a key component for expanding the capabilities of the MagHyst® platform in automated testing of electromagnetic systems and actuators.
In combination with MagHyst® automation, it enables fully automated sequential measurement of multiple test objects without manual switching or rewiring. This significantly increases efficiency and reliability in industrial testing environments.
The system is particularly suited for long-term and endurance testing, allowing electromagnets and actuator systems to be monitored continuously and with high precision over extended periods.
This enables early detection of even minor changes, reliable identification of potential fault sources, and a deeper understanding of system behavior and performance deviations.
MagHyst® multiplexer enables automated testing of multiple electromagnetic actuators within a single test bench. Each test object is temporarily disconnected from the control unit to allow a highly precise MagHyst® measurement, and then tested according to predefined measurement procedures.
After each measurement, the multiplexer reconnects the object to its external control and automatically switches to the next actuator. This process runs fully automatically and can be flexibly configured in terms of sequence and duration using the associated software.
All measurement results are recorded seamlessly through integrated evaluation algorithms. This ensures precise and traceable documentation of both short-term variations and long-term trends in system behavior.
Multiple multiplexers can be combined with MagHyst® automation to test up to 20 actuators using a single measurement system. This significantly increases efficiency while reducing hardware requirements.
Thanks to its modular architecture, MagHyst® multiplexer can be easily integrated into existing test benches and production environments, enabling fast expansion of current testing setups.
By allowing multiple test objects to share a single measurement channel, the system reduces the need for additional hardware and minimizes setup time. Testing becomes faster, more consistent, and less error-prone, as manual reconnection is no longer required.
For users, this results in more efficient testing of electromagnetic systems, reduced complexity, and fully documented, continuously monitored, and clearly evaluated measurement data.
